Sorry to hear that brother. I know your pain as my L99 was hydro locked last month and I snapped the #7 connecting rod.
Do some research. I know you are not a fan of the L99, but the Wrangler community has really embraced the L99 to swap into their Jeeps. They have full kits for the swap. Do not ask me why they don't just swap an LS3 in there, this is just how it happens I guess.
Edit: I guess it is because a lot of the swaps were done in California. The L99 apparently is considered a Smog ready engine if swapped complete. IDK...
