I think the new corvette is a fantastic car. Still won't be a fit for me until later in life as I have kids and we all enjoy going out together as a family. I rarely get to drive alone.

I think GM has really outdone themselves. Its still a pushrod despite all the DOHC grumblings and its 500 hp in a car that is I am guessing sub 4k pounds I can't imagine what it would be like to drive. I also can't imagine what a Z06 or ZR1 would be like in that body.

Great time for American cars. Really no reason to buy a Lambo or Ferrari anymore. Expensive to own expensive to maintain just expensive.
