No Drones allowed at NCM, but we do fly them at Beech Bend as long as you don't get close to amusement park or over active track.

Yes we as event holders do a parade lap at NCM for spectators and it's on the schedule around lunch time.

Definitely no alcohol or guns at either of the Race Tracks.
