Derklug has an excellent point about statistics. The article failed to mention the order procedure for Mini's almost requires that you use the internet to order. The dealers only carry a small number of cars on their lots. They point you to the mini-configurator thing and you can use it in their sales office or go home and use it (it's the same program) and then you design it. Then the dealer is just the drop and service point.
It's like saying 97% of internet shoppers use the internet to shop.
