Your tensioner is improperly adjusted and you need to reinstall the idler pulley. You may even need to go down to the next belt size. Move the idler adjustment fully to the right. The “greenbelt” has a lot of stretch so with your current adjustment the belt will contact itself under high load. Whipple has 2 different tensioner adjustments based upon model year check their PDF instructions. If I can remember for the 2014 it’s 1&1/2 to 2 inches. You will get better contact with the 4 inch whipple pulley and running overdrive crank pulley. You may also consider the RPM belt it may have less stretch...
