If there are some that you'd like to use, go ahead and use them in posts. If they become popular enough they will be added. To use an emoticon from another side right click on it and select "copy image location" then in your post left click on

(insert image) and paste it (ctrl-v) and hit ok. The emoticon should now show up in your post. Thats how things like the facepalm got added.
