Only the .5's? You should encourage them to do it for every Open workout. It's a sight to see here....the amount of people, the athletes. Here's a link the registration for tonight if you want to pass it along.

I don't think anyone that has done CF for any length of time would make that mistake. Fran is an all out sprint this isn't even close to that. Although watching Mat and Tia doing it last night it looked like one. But even they broke it up right from the start.
Monique is good at these longer workouts....wish it was pullups and not C2B. Can't tell you how she will break those up. Just an average exercise for her...the most she can do in a row is 16. Thrusters are a good exercise for her. Probably going to do 3 sets of 11 to start, then 14 and 13, and should be unbroken from there.
