My point is that Number 3 was just as much a part of the epic failure as Roger Smith and Rick Wagoner. Everyone from the top down played a part in it. To fail that big, that hard, and for that long, goes far beyond the BOD and the CEO. Engineering, quality control, the UAW,
advertising..... they all played their part.
