Welcome to the family. Technically, there isn't a really way to tell if it was tuned or not. Unless you had someone go in and look at the computer data.

Do you have an auto or manual? If auto, if you can here the AFM (Active Fuel Management) turning on and off, it's a good indication if it's tuned or not.
