I did play often when I was younger. My parents never had one but my grand parents had and I was there almost every week and played for hours.

My girlfriend and I bought a house 2 years ago but the basement is not big enough to put a pool table. But we know that we will move in the near future, and the main criterias are a garage for a woodworking shop and a big room for a 4.5x9 feet table.

Recently when playing at my father's house my girlfriend started to understand how to aim and she asked me "are you sure we don't have enough room for a table??". She's a keeper.
