The original plan was to be a truck motor, with one whole bank running afm to be an inline 5 cyl. Not super worried about head gaskets, as I'm sure I can find someone to make a few one off sets.
It is an even firing 72 degree block.
I've been in contact with a small company that can do one off custom cranks and we're looking around $5500. Could be more, could be less, won't know until he has the specs or the block in hand. Heads though, are going to be real pricey.
