Here is where our paths stray a bit lol.

The 3.6 is a good engine. Sure, it had it's share of issues up through the LLT (timing chain and sudden oil loss) but since the LFX it's been pretty good. Haven't heard any real downsides about the LGX either. It had a great balance of power and efficiency. I think it's a fantastic V6. I've had both the LLT in my past 2010 Camaro and now the LFX in my Colorado.

On interiors, there's good and there's OK, but can't say anything is bad looking. Some interiors (Acadia included) are getting dated...again refresh coming. Can't honestly compare a BMW interior to a run o the mill.GMC Acadia interior fairly in terms of quality of materials used. But against Ford, I generally like GM interiors better.
