A prius driver in my condo complex (yes, I took this picture myself...) who is constantly pissing me off because he feels that his car is so much better than everybody elses that he parks halfway into the section reserved for the handicap ramp so that nobody will park right next to him.

I keep calling the HOA office hoping one of these days they'll tow his ass.
