So today I get the survey, would it be wrong to fry the dealer for the mess I went through or cut them some slack since I am not 100% sure they were the only problem.

That's a tough one.. That survey is the life of the dealership. Even if you put Satisfied on
any of the questions you can cost your dealership
THOUSANDS of dollars. GM wants to see Completely Satisfied all the way down. So your call.
