Kinda funny just caught a news show a few days back on CBC that Canada is trying to get put on the exempt list of the buy American campaign.
Here it is, any company that gets our tax money to fix their business, must spend that money with an American company. Or so they are trying pass said new rules.
Well Canada doesn’t want that. They want to share in the wealth of the free US tax dollars. So they can under bid the US companies and reap the benefits.
US company gets billions in free US tax dollars to build their business, US tax man figures what they need by what it cost here. Then said companies outsource the jobs and materials to Canada or Mexico to skim that excess off the top.
How in the heck is that gonna help create job and get the US out of the hole if we let Canada be exempt to undercut us???
