davis runs every aspect of the team. cover 1 defense since the 60's. man coverage. The only leeway given is to offensive play calling. However personnel decisions are all made by ad. That is why there are no reputable HC's knocking on the door for a job. And when a coach tries to coach the team, he gets the kiffin treatment. An attempt at public humiliation and an attempt to deny pay. (still in court) Actually the reason Shanahan alway's got the bronco's to beat us was because when davis fired him after 8 weeks, he owed him a million dollars that he never paid. kiffin took him to court.
Like I said, I wish he would just die.

Funny story. Don't know if it's true or not.
A player for the Raiders was having problems performing on the feild. Al called him in to the office and asked him what the F***ing problem was. He told Al that his relationship was strained between him and his girlfreind. Al asked for a description and a picture of her.
