Vapeing is not a safe alternative to smoking. I am a physician. We had a patient come onto the ER a few weeks ago in flash pulmonary edema from vapeing. It caused pulmonary fibrosis of his lungs. He now needs a lung transplant. Vapeing has significantly more carcinogens than regular cigarettes.
I had a patient just last week who had his vape pen explode in his pocket. Pants caught on fire and he experienced significant burns to his leg and hand.
The only people who are telling you it is safe are the people selling you the product.
