Wow... paranoid much...
First off, they cannot disable your vehicle, not possible, IT also WILL never HAPPEN, too much possibility to be abused and or cause accendents/problems.
Second off, Yes they can track you but only with your permission, that information also can not be used against you in a court of law without your permission.
Third off, the onstar guy that got busted was because he used his position to listen in on and RECORD incomming onstar calls (user dialed another number through the onstar feature). This is of course illegal since it breaks privacy laws (just like cell phone taps).
Some people just need to lay off the whole big brother thing...
