I don't buy it. The scanned image from the owners manual says nothing about voiding the warranty. Reprogamming the computer, I could understand, but turning off the VDC or using Launch Control, I seriously doubt. I'll believe it when someone shows me the documentation from Nissan stating that fact preceisely. In fact one could argue that Launch Control is part of the VDC system, since it's primary job is to limit RPM and wheel spin.
