Well, I heard from my dr office today that I will definitely need surgery for a distal bicep tear. They were thinking it was just a slight tear as I have no pain, no issues in day to day life stuff, and minor weakness pulling. Today they call and they are like "wow, a lot worse than we thought and surgery is required". Not what I was wanting to hear, but it is what it is and I will recover and keep on going.

I have a trainee coming back from a similar issue. It happened to him in Nov, and I have him back pulling 600 lbs now. I know what I have to do, but dang it listening to my own knowledge hurts sometimes...lol.

That sucks. Needless to say I feel your pain 😞
