I have never had an accident! My Challenger had inproper valve clearance from the factory that cause the engine to shake and throw a check engine light. It took the dealer a couple of time to to figure out they had to replace the top half of the engine. After that the vehicle had a stalling problem at first start when it was cold outside (below 35 degrees), so first they reprogrammed the throttle body, then they replaced the throttle body, and for the 3rd try they tried all new injectors! The thing is by the 3rd try it was almost summer and the stalling problem went away with the warm weather, so I still don't think it's fixed.
Yes Chrysler is buying my vehicle back because of this. I am not trying for them to buy it back they already agreed to buy it back.
