So, the Bolt that can drive itself is called the Cruise. Ookaaay ... so then if they make a Cruze that can drive itself, will it be called a Bolt?

I would assume General Motors, if the car was found to be at fault for the accident. They're the ones that programmed the algorithms to drive the car, making them the defacto driver.
