You'd have to check with the dealer, but I'm pretty sure the cushion and leather covering on it are all one part. You just need to specify the color.
But in all seriousness, we're talking about human bodily fluids. As someone in the healthcare field I can assure you you do not want to just "clean" the contaminated areas. You need to replace them.
No one in their right mind would ever sit in your passenger seat again if they found out someone urinated in it.
