So, I pulled the whole emblem block off, took off the SS badge and then used GooGone to really clean the face of the emblem block off. I then carefully attached each of the individual 1LE mirror finish emblems centered on the emblem block. Push them on there real good, then reinstall emblem block on the grille. There are some write-ups I found that show you how to take the emblem block off. It doesn't have to come off. That's just how I did it.
