Had to think about this some. I know that carbon rotors don't tolerate rough handling very well (I think some shops even refuse to deal with them). Something to keep in mind particularly if you're going to be running dedicated track tires & wheels and swapping back and forth with the street wheels/tires.
I do need to think some more about including the A10. My knee-jerk reaction is a solid 'no', at least partly out of concern that doing so represents another nail in the MT's coffin.
