To answer your question, no, I don't know of anyone myself who pulls people over just for the car they drive... at least not without some lawful reason. I can't say it DOESN'T happen, since of course I don't know all cops. But it'd be pretty stupid, since a person could take legal action for a false stop, although it may only go so far (not a HUGE deal). Now, if you're goin' 20 over the limit, you're pretty much asking for it. With that in mind, I'm glad I know most of the local officers, since I've worked with them, seeing as how I will be doing a tick over the limit in my SS.
As for me, I pretty much always do 10 over, so I won't pull anyone over for it...
