Who do I even threaten with that. Statefarm (the adjuster) has been very helpful in my claim and paying out pain/suffering, loss of use of my car, and anything else.

Yep sounds like my situation. They're estimating 15k in repairs at this moment. I don't have $$ for a 2017 either so I kind of hope it just gets fixed and I get a check for diminished value.

I'd say market value of car is 32k so 30% of that is around 9600. So 22400 in repairs. The adjuster taking care of the claim told me even if the repairs don't exceed 80% of the car they will total it...
