This exact same thing happened to me as well. It needed a new suspension control module. My car was out of bumper-to-bumper when I bought it, but the dealer I bought it from paid the bill, $800!

The blower is actually covered 10 years or 120,000 miles under an extended coverage bulletin. #13313 I believe.
