Check engine light - pulled code p0430

Check engine light came on. Pulled a p0430 code.
These came up: cat converter and O2 sensor.

Anyone got a diy for v6 auto trans fluid drain and fill?

She’s nearing 100,000 miles. Should I just do a drain and fill? New filter? Or a full trans fluid flush? Or just take it in to a shop? Any advice or feedback would be greatly appreciated :)
