Others will get around them with minor tweaks just like GM is doing. Look at Ferrari 488 and new Mac, they are both graced nose to tail with active splitters, wings, ducts and adjustable ride height...

Unless we see an NA version of track focused Corvette the odds are against a Z28. Although the new LT1/535 crate motor was not designed to pass emissions testing I'm fairly confident GM's engineers...
