Even more so with the carbon ceramic rotors. Cause the ceramic starts to off gas and degrade at track temps. And cooler brakes on track are never a bad thing

Brake duct adapters

Don’t have my z/28 anymore. Bought these from pat tucker in the UK and was gonna install them for track use. They allow you to run 3” brake hose to the rotor from the factory brake duct location....
