Well as it turns out it was an adjustment issue...

Well as it turns out it was an adjustment issue with the bottom catch. I locked a screwdriver in the release and hit the button and it opened. I raised the bottom catch just a little bit and it works...

What size tires are you running. The 275s are a bit narrow for the 10.5 rim. I think when I get the correct one it will still out even further.
