Spoiler question

Any options out there for a 1LE style spoiler that covers all the holes on a 6th gen SS 3 stanchion spoiler?
Everything I'm seeing speaks to the center hole being exposed. I like the 1LE OEM style...

Can anyone recommend a good performance shop to get some engine work done as well as Dyno tuning near Pittsburgh?
