Just to promote solid info and clarity. I DO have a BAP on this vehicle. Like you said the BAP was as not my issue in this case, but it is present on the vehicle.

Got it fixed. Thanks for the help guys. It was that fuse (F14U, in the X50A fuse box) I’ll post info.. and a little gem I ran across during my search. Thanks so much for the help.
