Car Will NOT hold power through RPMs

my car is on e85 and has headers, and tuned for both. and on full throttle around 5k the car seems to go really limp and sounds as if it has a rev limiter (every gear does this ) would anyone know...

anyone know of a dealership that can help me out, my car is tuned/headers and i don't want to be blacklisted but i still want for chevy to inspect the car if things go wrong.

6 speed, pulls were in 4th and on a dyne jet, however people normally go up anywhere from 10-30 rwhp anywhere else.

with just these on my car made 415 rwhp and 410...

with just these on my car made 415 rwhp and 410 Tq with e85 it went to 440 and 440, tuned by jeremy bowers.

i just got off the phone with them, guy confirmed they're made in house(so good fitment) said they will not be doing a group buy or anything like that anytime soon. if anyone else has better luck...
