I've been using double tap mostly being newer to drag racing and for safety reasons.

In that case, stick with your 1LE stock wheels. You can fit 305/30R20 no problem on the back without rubbing, and 285/30R20's on the front.

I have a non 1LE car myself and I use the 1LE wheels...

I think you can still do the 30's as that actually lowers the tire height and thus less chance to rub...
