I am assuming that the blade is not jammed against the stop at WOT as some have reported that limiting max throttle opening in the tune...

I don't see any fluttering of the blade in the screenshot.

Are you limiting the max throttle opening in the tune or is it only showing 82.4% because you are logging SAE TP rather than the GM ETC...
