I put H&R 1LE lowering springs 6 months ago and theres no down side as far as I can tell. I daily my SS 1LE, I track it at Sebring, I take it to autocrosses, and its all around better.

I don't think there is much of a point with having spares for that honestly. Feel them and if it feels like there is a lot of play and you could just pull it off with little effort then push it down...

I bought my car with 7k miles on it and I never looked into the 1500 mile diff fluid change. I have 47k miles and a lot of trackdays so now that you bring it up I'm going to change that to be safe....
