Is it worth getting a tune while stock? Or what's a good starting point for add-ons before a tune?

If tuneing a stock L99 what can I expect for performance?.

So after market brakes were put in not OEM, I guess that explains the annoying squeak :/ ... services department ordered OEM brakes and they also want to turn the rotors. Hope that helps.

Just got a 2010 SS 40k miles, and for the past 4 days the brakes have been squeaking really bad, what do you guys recommend? Is it something the dealer ship can do fix this?
