All seem to be failing in the same spot where that little cutout for pin is located. Hard to believe even the replacement failed! In any other universe this would be a recall but GM would go broke....

An oil pump should never fail within 250,000 miles, period, regardless of use, oil viscosity, etc. Especially in a very expensive engine like the LT4, it's ridiculous...this plus excessive (imo) oil...
