A stock tune.The torque converter will only lock up in 4-5-6 gear.
If it locks in 2 or 3'rd gear. Looks like maybe the tuner changed the wrong settings.

At 150mph,depends on the converter,you should see 7000rpm easy,possibly a bit more.
Might consider 3.50's for gears.
