Finally got a solution for LED backup light

Okay guys i bought a pair of resistors (its actually a plug n play harness, link below) from Amazon and plug it in with only one LED backup light bulb and they're working just fine now.

I got some LED Reverse light bulbs (Partsam 7443 W21W LED bulb for backup light) But I'm facing an issue. A portion of the lights (Dim) stays on all the time. Anybody has the same problem?
