Probably. Exhaust might help it exhale a little easier but mostly just sound which is what I went for. If I had to guess maybe 1-3 rwhp gain

A cel would come on in the first few minutes if it was the intake. But with all my bolt ons I never got a cel. I would have AutoZone pull a code asap once it's come on. Code might even be stored.
