Marked "K21" came off my 2014 SS w/1LE. Will include the two screws as well. Used for under 18K miles. No problems, just got another one with my Z/28 intake.

Nothing. Isn't that what the rivet is for? I left mine unattached at the very top as the guard is pretty sturdy and flush w/ the bumper cover with the five other screws!

If you have the right tools, you don't have to turn the front wheels or remove the rear wheels. I used a Torx bit that fits onto a small 1/4 or 3/8...
