What exactly for? I can say the damage was on the roller of the lifter, and very minor. And slight markings on the cam. If any of that makes a difference.

Not sure yet where exactly the leak is, I haven't pulled the trans back out yet. But yes the rear main seal and rear cover seal was replaced. Lubed, installed, and torqued to spec.
