I jacked it from the sides with low profile Jack from harbor freight. Used jack stands on the frame by the control arms. I used the plastic covers on the jack stands so I didn't scratch paint.

The two plugs are push in plastic plugs that hold belly pan on while you start the ten screws. They are located towards the back on the pan one on each side. It's a very straight forward oil change....
