EGT's are primarily a reflection of ignition...

EGT's are primarily a reflection of ignition timing. More retard = higher EGT's.

Draw your conclusions from there.

Let me put it another way...you're never going to get to extreme right side of the 2.3 blower chart with a stock-ish motor. The LSA is way too small.

Blower speed isn't quite the issue with the 2.3. Requires ~2-3k less RPM to move the same air with the 2.3.

The 2.3's published compressor map extends to 2.4 pressure ratio (20.6 psi at sea level). Doesn't mean that's a good idea. The 2.3's efficiency drops off pretty quick above 14.4 psi. I probably...
