Were you getting belt slip with the 8 rib? What 10 rib you going with. I just finished installing the Pegasus 10 rib. Im happy with it.

They came on a Whipple kit I bought used. I put about 10k on them. No issues, I'm selling because I bought a set of Bosch 127's. No on the E85, I don't currently have flex capability on my Silverado.

Went for a ride today and it either the adjustment of the actuator or the blade getting caught up somewhere.

Stabbing the throttle will close the valve and make boost as it should. Rolling into it...
