Wire through fire wall

I need to put a cable though the firewall that will control things under the car (lighting) I just cannot seem to find a place on the drivers side to fit a cable that has a 1/2" connector on the end...

Another question, It seems that the expandable circuits are only found online. Is this true? And lastly, the expandable circuit only uses the lead wire. Where is a good place to wire the ground wire...

For sure, unfortunately my car came with a fair amount of swirls for a brand new car. I think somebody at the dealership washed it who didnt know what they were doing...:thumbdown:
