Rear toe arms, like from SLP. Will keep the tail from wagging on hard acceleration and is better for handling. Get new bolts for arm to hub and put orange loctite on them. Torque to spec.

Normal for that many miles I would say. I change mine after every track event. Just snug the bolts until they stop with a socket wrench. No need to put any muscle into it.
